- In business for a minimum of 5 years
- Professional webpage accurately describing the DMC services
- Physical office in the country of operation
- Business license issues by the national or regional government
- Member of an industry association (SITE, MPI, ADMEI, …)
- Member of a national or regional Convention Bureau or Tourist Board
- Public liability insurance
- Immediate response time within 24 hours
- Reference letters from clients and suppliers
- Our DMC’s can provide you with high resolution media material
